C&K are committed to developing a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) by July 2010. Development of the RAP will involve consultation with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and non-Indigenous staff across the organisation, as well as external consultation with Indigenous stakeholders.

With a centralised support organisation and our own College based in Newmarket, C&K have Kindergartens, Pre Schools and Long Day Care Centres, Family Day Care & In home Care facilities based in Queensland.
 
We also operate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Services (including one in Halls Creek WA), manage four Childcare centres integrated within Early Childhood Schools in Canberra and provide advisory services to over 300 community based Kindergartens throughout Queensland
