The Queensland Government has chosen C&K to be a Central Governing Body (CGB) for the distribution of the Queensland Kindergarten Funding Scheme (QKFS) to our CGB members. 

 

C&K’s long and proud history of providing support and assistance to community kindergartens will continue under the new funding scheme. As a CGB, C&K will work with services to assist them in providing high quality education and care, as well as communities to encourage more families to enroll their children in a kindergarten program. C&K will also continue to support parent volunteer committees, providing information, resources and guidance to assist them in fulfilling their responsibilities, and navigate the ongoing changes occurring in the early childhood sector.
