COVID-19

Health and safety is our top priority

Our first priority is always the health and safety of children, families and our C&K people.

Through the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, many of our kindergartens and childcare centres remained open to deliver frontline support or learn@home opportunities for thousands of children across Queensland.
We closely monitored the situation, provided regular updates to our families, and kept our teams informed with best practice advice following the policies and recommendations of the Australian Government and Queensland Health.

All our employees are double vaccinated, consistent with our COVID-safe plan and commitment to do everything we can to ensure children, families and fellow colleagues can feel safe and be safe.

Our COVID-19 Commitment Statement continues to be implemented in all centres. We thank our families for working with us to continue the good hygiene practices that keep everyone safe and minimise the risk of spreading illness.

C&K's COVID-19 Commitment Statement

We’ve always taken safety seriously, ensuring our kindergarten and childcare environments are safe, happy and healthy environments to learn and play. Our COVID-19 Commitment Statement builds on this.

The Statement provides clear guidelines for our people to quickly respond to the ever-changing nature of COVID-19, supporting the health and wellbeing of our children, families, educators and visitors to our centres.

You can view a summary of our COVID-19 Commitment Statement here.

All C&K centres are currently operating on Green - Normal Response Level.
