Terms and conditions - 2018 Out of the Box Children's Festival

  • The competition is conducted by The Creche and Kindergarten Association Ltd.
  • Entrants need to enter the competion draw, found on the C&K kindy/ childcare page or on the Open Week page
  • Winner will be drawn at random.
  • One Family pass (2 x adults, 2 x children) of the winner's choice to Out of the Box Children's Festival 2018. Pass value is up to $500.
  • The draw opens on 1 August 2017, closes Monday 18 September 2017 at 6pm. Winner drawn at C&K central office, 257 Gympie Road, Kedron, 4031 on  Tuesday 19 September 2017.
  • The prize winner will be notified on the Facebook post itself, on this page and in other C&K publications. If the winner declines the prize, another draw will be conducted.
  • The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
  • This is a national competition and only one entry is eligible per person.

Terms and conditions - No Enrolment Fee

  • A waitlist form must be completed for a 2018 enrolment at a service between 4 September to 9 September 2017
  • The enrolment fee will be waived for a 2018 enrolment only
  • Starting date at a kindergarten service must be the week commencing 22 January 2018
  • Enrolments are subject to available places at branch services only 
  • The offer is not available to existing families on the waiting list
  • The offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer or 3rd party agreements
  • The account must be established and fees paid and maintained using the direct debit (iDebitPro) payment method
  • The offer will be applied upon the acceptance of a place
  • The offer is equivalent to the normal number of weekly attendance days per week, as per the booking
  • For childcare service a minimum of 3 days a week applies
  • The offer will be void if the account is in arrears

Terms and conditions - Term 4 fees

  • The competition is conducted by The Creche and Kindergarten Association Ltd.
  • Entrants need to enter the competition draw by posting a comment on why they #lovecandk on C&K's Facebook or Instagram. 
  • Winner will be drawn at random.
  • The prize is one child's Term 4 fees for kindy, or equivalent dates for childcare (up to 5 days per fortnight, 3 October to 8 December). Value is up to $1000 - varies from service to service.
  • The child must be enrolled for Term 4 in 2017.
  • Applicable to C&K branch enrolments only.
  • The current family must attend Term 4 on week commencing Monday 2 October 2017 and stay and be financial to  8 December 2017.
  • The draw opens on 29 August 2017, closes Monday 11 September 2017 at 6pm. Winner drawn at C&K central office, 257 Gympie Road, Kedron, 4031 on  Tuesday 12 September 2017.
