Roderick Street Community Kindergarten
Roderick Street Community Kindergarten aims to help your child cultivate a lifelong love of learning as well as develop socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually.
Our vision is to be the first choice kindergarten for a thriving community of lifelong learners, and our mission is to provide all children access to quality education within a play based, caring and supportive environment.
Our kindergarten is located on a huge half acre block at 4 Cribb Street Sadliers Crossing, in the heart of Ipswich's education precinct. We are across the road from Blair State School, and just a stone's throw away from Ipswich Boys Grammar and St Marys.
At Roderick Street Community Kindergarten, we have 2 kindy groups to choose from, so you can enrol your child in a group that best meets your family's needs.
As an affiliated centre of C&K, Roderick Street Community Kindergarten receives support from C&K as the Central Governing Body but operates as an independent incorporated association managed by a volunteer management committee. Centres affiliated with C&K receive comprehensive support in governance, including managing kindergarten and inclusion funding, training for committees and educators, advice and support regarding inclusion, use of the C&K brand, curriculum approach and resource materials.
Bribie Island Community Kindergarten
Welcome to Bribie Island Kindy, where we are very proud to be rated "Excellent" by ACECQA. Bribie Island Kindy was established in 1984 and is affiliated with C&K. As a non-profit community kindergarten, we are run by a management committee of parent volunteers. Our centre is committed to maintaining a welcoming early learning environment, whilst nurturing each child to fulfil their potential. We provide a stimulating, challenging and safe space – a haven where families, staff and children can research, grow and discover together. Our teachers and educators focus on nurturing your child's curiosity, building their resilience and developing their confidence - all through the joy of learning through play.
At Bribie Island Kindy, we have two kindy groups to choose from. All groups ensure children receive the same number of hours of education across the year. The groups have a maximum of 22 children and are led by an experienced and qualified early childhood teacher. We operate during QLD school terms and are closed for school holidays, public holidays and some pupil free days.
