C&K, in partnership with Out of the Box festival 2025, is giving away 21 family passes to Out of the Box performances taking place between Friday, 20 to Sunday, 22 June 2025, at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC), Brisbane, QLD:

Five (5) family passes will be allocated to the general public for the below performances.

  • 1 x family pass (4 x tickets) to Club Origami at QPAC at 10:00 AM AEST on Saturday, 21 June 2025, valued at $156.00.
  • 1 x family pass (4 x tickets) to The Gruffalo at QPAC at 12:30 PM AEST on Saturday, 21 June 2025, valued at $156.00.
  • 1 x family pass (4 x tickets) to Where is the Green Sheep at QPAC at 9:30 AM AEST on Saturday, 21 June 2025, valued at $156.00.
  • 1 x family pass (4 x tickets) to Where is the Green Sheep at QPAC at 9:30 AM AEST on Sunday, 22 June 2025, valued at $156.00.
  • 1 x family pass (4 x tickets) to Wolfgang in the Stars at QPAC at 1:00 PM AEST on Sunday, 22 June 2025, valued at $156.00.

Sixteen (16) family passes will be allocated to C&K enrolled families (at a C&K branch centre) for the below performances. To be eligible for one of these prizes, entrants must indicate the C&K branch centre in which their child is enrolled, and this must be verified by C&K .

Method of Entry:

To enter, an entrant must complete the following actions:

  • Visit the C&K website (https://www.candk.asn.au/outofthebox-giveaway-2025) and complete and submit the entry form before Sunday, 4 May 2025 at 12:00 PM AEST.

Prize Draw:

  • Five (5) winners will be drawn at random from the eligible entry forms submitted where the entrant has indicated that they do not have a child/ren enrolled at a C&K branch centre. The winners are declared at C&K’s discretion.
  • Sixteen (16) winners will be drawn at random from the eligible entry forms submitted where the entrant has indicated they have a child/ren enrolled at a C&K branch centre.
  • Participants are only eligible to win one prize in this promotion, regardless of the number of entries they submit.
  • In the event that a participant's name is drawn more than once, the Promoter will award the prize to the first drawn winner and exclude subsequent draws for that participant.

Location of Prize Draw:
Winners will be drawn at the C&K Central Office, 257 Gympie Road, Kedron 4031, on Tuesday, 6 May 2025, at 2:00 PM AEST.

Notification of Winners:
The winners will be notified via email no later than 5:00 PM AEST on the day of the draw.

Public Announcement of Winners:
Winners will be published on the C&K website (https://www.candk.asn.au/outofthebox-giveaway-2025). Winners agree to the Promoter using their first name and suburb.

Other Terms and Conditions:

This giveaway competition is run by The Creche and Kindergarten Association Ltd. (trading as C&K) ABN: 59 150 737 849.

  • C&K is the Principal Partner of the Out of the Box Festival.
  • The total prize pool consists of 21 family passes to Out of the Box performances taking place on Friday, 20 June, Saturday, 21 June, and Sunday, 22 June 2025, at QPAC, Brisbane, QLD.
  • A family pass to an Out of the Box performance is made up of 4 general admission tickets. Children must be accompanied by an adult when attending a performance.
  • Only Australian residents are eligible to enter and the Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants.
  • Only current enrolled families of a C&K branch centre are eligible to win from the prize pool allocation of 16 family passes.
  • Travel, accommodation and meal costs are not part of the prize. Prize winners are responsible for any associated costs not specified in the prize details.
  • The prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and must be accepted as awarded.
  • The Promoter will not accommodate requests to change the prize, including any requests to swap a prize due to scheduling conflicts or personal preferences.
  • C&K staff or immediate family members are eligible to enter if they have a child enrolled at a C&K branch centre.
  • The competition opens on Monday, 7 April 2025, at 12:00 PM AEST and closes on Sunday, 4 May 2025 at 12:00 PM AEST.
  • Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for any technical issues or errors related to the Promotion.
  • Prize winners will be published on C&K’s website (https://www.candk.asn.au/outofthebox-giveaway-2025).
  • The Promoter takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact prize winners who have not provided correct or complete contact details. If an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter.
  • If a prize winner does not respond by 31 May 2025, or is not eligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
  • The tickets will be emailed to eligible winners by 31 May 2025.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time in its absolute discretion without notice.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its officers, employees, and agents are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage that arises out of or in connection with the promotion or the use of the prize.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the promotion at its discretion, including if fraud or technical issues impair the integrity of the promotion.
  • The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Promoter will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or technical issues.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
  • The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the promotion. All entrants consent to their personal information being collected, stored, and used for this purpose in accordance with C&K’s privacy policy available at https://www.candk.asn.au/privacy, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
