Effective from 1 July 2023, prospective students funded under Certificate III or Higher Level Skills Funding must not be enrolled in another qualification, unless it is for foundation skills training. This means that if a student wishes to enrol in a Certificate III of Early Childhood Education and Care, as well as the Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, the student must first complete the Certificate III and then enrol into the Diploma. In other words, a student cannot undertake two qualifications at the same time.
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC30121)
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC50121)
