Welcome to Babinda Community Kindergarten. We strive to ensure our program reflects and meets the needs and interests of the Babinda and Yidinji Community. At Babinda Kindergarten, we strive to provide an environment where children and families have a sense of belonging, in a safe, caring and nurturing environment which is reflective to our community.

C&K Babinda Community Kindergarten offers a subsidised pre-kindy program for three-year-olds in term 4, 2024. To be eligible for this program, children need to have turned three by 30 June 2024.

Your three-year-old child can attend C&K Babinda kindy's high-quality community kindergarten program alongside four-year-olds. Attending kindergarten provides learning opportunities for your child in a safe and nurturing environment, including building relationships with teachers and growing their confidence and social skills to engage with other children.

As an affiliated centre of C&K, Alma Street Pre-Prep receives support from C&K as the Central Governing Body but operates as an independent incorporated association managed by a volunteer management committee. Centres affiliated with C&K receive comprehensive support in governance, including managing kindergarten and inclusion funding, training for committees and educators, advice and support regarding inclusion, use of the C&K brand, curriculum approach and resource materials.
