Welcome to C&K Edmonton Community Kindergarten. We have been offering quality education and care for pre-prep children over the last 25 years and place great emphasis on creating a warm and caring atmosphere of respect and dignity for children and families. We want your child’s experience to be a positive and fulfilling one.
We know children are competent and capable learners, who can make their own choices, problem solve and explore. Our role is to support this strengths-based approach to achieve the best outcomes for each child. For our families, we work together in partnerships to support and communicate with one another. The groups have a maximum of 22 children and are led by an experienced and qualified early childhood teacher. As an affiliated centre of C&K, Edmonton Community Kindergarten receives support from C&K as the Central Governing Body but operates as an independent incorporated association managed by a volunteer management committee. Welcome to Deadly Kindy Jajumbora. Community spirit is important to us at our Deadly Kindy Jajumbora. We foster strong ties to the local community by encouraging our parents involvement in the daily operations of the kindergarten. Located in the Child and Family Centre, we often hold and take part in community events, love connecting with local businesses and groups around us and taking the children on excursions out into the local community.
At Deadly Kindy Jajumbora, we have two kindy groups to choose from. All groups ensure children receive the same number of hours of education across the year. The groups have a maximum of 20 children and are led by an experienced and qualified early childhood teacher. We operate during QLD school terms and are closed for school holidays, public holidays and some pupil free days.

Welcome to C&K Cooktown Kindergarten, a place where play takes centre stage in your child’s education and where children are given lots of time to play, explore, discover, and learn in our beautiful natural spaces and, of course, our very spacious and child-focused indoor setting. We pride ourselves on acknowledging and respecting the culture, background, and history of each individual child and their family, and through deep engagement and interaction, we build on the knowledge that the children and families bring to our kindy. We want to ensure that each of these individual needs are respected and considered in all aspects of our service.
Child Safety is at the heart of all we do at kindy, and we have very strong beliefs, policies and procedures guiding us. We believe that children learn best through play and need to develop an understanding and respect for themselves and others. We help them to develop the skills to become confident, capable, compassionate global citizens who are proud of their own identity and have the confidence to share this.
