George Bowen Memorial Kindergarten
At George Bowen Memorial Community Kindergarten, we pride ourselves in acknowledging and respecting the culture, background and history of each individual child and their families. We want to ensure that each of these individual needs are respected and considered in all aspects of our service. At George Bowen Memorial Community Kindergarten, we offer a 5 day fortnight kindergarten program. Our centre has a free bus service that is available to all George Bowen Memorial Community Kindergarten children who require transport to and from the centre.

Welcome to Home Hill Community Kindergarten, a place where play takes centre stage in your child’s education and where children are given time to explore, discover and learn.
Our passionate teachers and teaching assistants are highly qualified and experienced. They are experts in teaching children aged 3 to 5 and help them develop a love of lifelong learning.
Our learning spaces and expansive outdoor play areas are designed to nurture children’s development in a caring community environment. Children have the stability of the same teachers and the same children attending kindy every day of their attendance. This allows us to offer continuity and extension of learning for each child, from one day to the next.

Happy Valley Community Kindergarten
Welcome to Warekila - Happy Valley Kindergarten, where we are very proud to be rated "Exceeding" by ACECQA. Happy Valley Kindy was established in 1967 and is affiliated with C&K. As a non-profit community kindergarten, we are run by a management committee of parent volunteers. Our centre is committed to maintaining a welcoming early learning environment, whilst nurturing each child to fulfil their potential. We provide a stimulating, challenging and safe space – where families, staff and children can research, grow and discover together. Our teachers and educators focus on nurturing your child's curiosity, building their resilience and developing their confidence - all through the joy of learning through play.
At Happy Valley Kindy, we have two kindy groups to choose from. All groups ensure children receive the same number of hours of education across the year. The groups have a maximum of 24 children and are led by an experienced and qualified early childhood teacher. We operate during QLD school terms and are closed for school holidays, public holidays and some pupil free days.
We welcome children who are four years old, or turning four by the 30th June of the year they attend kindy. If you would like early entry/pre-kindy, this is offered during term 4 of the year before enrolment, if we have vacancies. Please contact the centre director to discuss any early entry requests.

Gordonvale Community Kindergarten
Welcome to Gordonvale Community Kindergarten. The kindergarten was built by the community of Gordonvale and officially opened on 31st August, 1971. Our goal at kindy is to learn through play. We promote a child-initiated, child-directed, and adult-supported play-based program. We offer a safe, secure and fun environment for your child to play, grow and learn.
At Gordonvale Kindy, we believe a positive and open relationship with families is vital in providing a positive experience for your child; therefore, we will work together with families to provide an environment in which your child will feel comfortable and safe.

Estelle Cardiff Community Kindergarten offers a subsidised or FREE pre-kindy program for three-year-olds in term 3 and 4, 2026 (if positions are available). To be eligible for this program, children need to have turned three by 30 June 2023.Your three-year-old child can attend Estelle Cardiff kindy's high-quality community kindergarten program alongside four-year-olds. Attending kindergarten provides learning opportunities for your child in a safe and nurturing environment, including building relationships with teachers and growing their confidence and social skills to engage with other children.

We have been offering quality education and care for pre-prep children over the last 25 years and place great emphasis on creating a warm and caring atmosphere of respect and dignity for children and families. Eileen Fisher Memorial Community Kindergarten
Welcome to Eileen Fisher Memorial Kindergarten. A place where play takes centre stage in your child’s education and where children are given time to explore, discover and learn! Eileen Fisher Memorial Kindergarten is a licensed early childhood centre affiliated with the Creche & Kindergarten Association of Queensland located in Mount Isa. The centre is also registered with the Queensland Kindergarten Funding Scheme as a Kindergarten Program Provider (KPP). The centre offers two, five-day fortnight kindergarten programs. Each program runs from 8.30am to 2.50pm, with each group consisting of 22 children who attend on Monday, Tuesday, and alternate Wednesdays or alternate Wednesdays, Thursday, and Friday.
When children enter an early childhood setting, they bring with them a rich variety of cultural and social backgrounds and experiences. This Centre recognises the individuality of each child and family and observes a policy of acceptance, regardless of race, creed, gender, disability, class or culture. This centre actively promotes conservation and encourages children and families to protect the environment. Native animals and insects are treated with care and are allowed to remain free for children to observe. Care of the environment is fostered among children and adults.

Dysart Kindergarten
Welcome to Dysart Kindergarten. Dysart Kindergarten is a single unit community run centre affiliated with C&K. It is celebrated for its grounds and beautiful outdoor play area. Children enjoy playing and learning in our sandpit, in the rocky creek bed, on the wooden fort, on the obstacle course, in the tunnel and with the water pump in our digging patch. These areas are designed to allow children to explore, pretend, reflect, run and play.
We are a well-resourced kindy, with fantastic toys and learning equipment for indoor play sessions as well. Inside, children create beautiful artworks, play imaginatively with their friends, construct, play with literacy and numeracy concepts, dance and sing.
At Dysart Kindergarten, we have four kindy groups to choose from. All groups ensure children receive the same number of hours of education across the year. The groups have a maximum of 22 children and are led by an experienced and qualified early childhood teacher.
