Edmonton Community Kindergarten
Welcome to C&K Edmonton Community Kindergarten. We have been offering quality education and care for pre-prep children over the last 25 years and place great emphasis on creating a warm and caring atmosphere of respect and dignity for children and families. We want your child’s experience to be a positive and fulfilling one.
We know children are competent and capable learners, who can make their own choices, problem solve and explore. Our role is to support this strengths-based approach to achieve the best outcomes for each child. For our families, we work together in partnerships to support and communicate with one another. We value the knowledge and expertise parents have of their child and wide diversity of experiences parents can contribute to the learning program. At Edmonton Community Kindergarten, we have two kindy groups to choose from. All groups ensure children receive the same number of hours of education across the year. The groups have a maximum of 22 children and are led by an experienced and qualified early childhood teacher. We operate during QLD school terms and are closed for school holidays, public holidays and some pupil free days.
Edmonton Community Kindergarten offers a subsidised pre-kindy program for three-year-olds in term 4, 2024. To be eligible for this program, children need to have turned three by 30 June 2024.Your three-year-old child can attend Edmonton kindy's high-quality community kindergarten program alongside four-year-olds. Attending kindergarten provides learning opportunities for your child in a safe and nurturing environment, including building relationships with teachers and growing their confidence and social skills to engage with other children.
As an affiliated centre of C&K, Edmonton Community Kindergarten receives support from C&K as the Central Governing Body but operates as an independent incorporated association managed by a volunteer management committee. Dysart Kindergarten
Welcome to Dysart Kindergarten. Dysart Kindergarten is a single unit community run centre affiliated with C&K. It is celebrated for its grounds and beautiful outdoor play area. Children enjoy playing and learning in our sandpit, in the rocky creek bed, on the wooden fort, on the obstacle course, in the tunnel and with the water pump in our digging patch. These areas are designed to allow children to explore, pretend, reflect, run and play.
We are a well-resourced kindy, with fantastic toys and learning equipment for indoor play sessions as well. Inside, children create beautiful artworks, play imaginatively with their friends, construct, play with literacy and numeracy concepts, dance and sing.

Dimbulah Community Kindergarten and Childcare
At Dimbulah Community Kindergarten and Childcare, we welcome families from the Dimbulah and surrounding areas who are seeking education and care for their children.Dimbulah Community Kindergarten was officially opened on 4th September 1993 by an enthusiastic and dedicated group of parents. The Limited Hours Childcare service opened on 8th October 2004 and merged with the kindy under the one approved provider on 1st January 2024.We respectfully acknowledge the Mbarbaram and Djungan people, the Traditional Owners of the land on which our centre is situated, along with the diverse multicultural community who enrich our service. We believe that children learn through play and assist every child in developing their understanding and respect for themselves and others in a safe and caring environment. We believe that families are a child's first teachers and are critically important in the education of their children. Welcome to C&K Cooktown Kindergarten, a place where play takes centre stage in your child’s education and where children are given time to explore, discover and learn! We pride ourselves on acknowledging and respecting the culture, background and history of each individual child and their family. We want to ensure that each of these individual needs are respected and considered in all aspects of our service. We believe that children learn best through play, and need to develop an understanding and respect for themselves and others.

At Coen Kindergarten, we have one kindy group to choose from. We also offer a Limited Hours Care Program on Thursday and Friday from 8:00am to 12:30pm during school terms. This program is open to children aged between 15 months and 5 years. We operate during QLD school terms and are closed for school holidays, public holidays and some pupil free days.
Our centre has a free bus service that is available to all Coen Community Kindergarten children who require transport to and from the centre.

Bundara Kindergarten
A friendly hello from Bundara Kindergarten! We are a not-for-profit community Kindergarten nestled among the gumtrees in the suburb of Frenchville in Rockhampton. We first opened our doors in 1972 and have been welcoming families ever since. We'd like our families to view Bundara Kindergarten as an extension of their home and we actively encourage families to be involved with all our events and activities. On kindergarten days at Bundara, your child will have the opportunity to explore, experiment, observe, imitate and discuss. Bundara offers ample off street parking, and arrivals/departures are an easy process as we are not attached to a primary school. We are however located in a close proximity to many of Rockhampton's leading primary schools. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming your family soon.
