Q: When did you join C&K and can you tell us a bit about your time with us?

I've been with C&K since 2016, and have been very fortunate to be supported to grow in my career. I started as an Assistant Educator and have continued my studies and learning with C&K. I'm now the ECT at a beautiful C&K kindy in West End.

Q: What do you enjoy about working with C&K?

I love the opportunities I've had in my career with C&K and the support I receive from the Central team, but most of all I love the time I spend with the children every day, knowing I'm making a difference in their lives.

Q: Can you tell us about one of your best days in your role?

For me, it isn't about a single day that was the best. It's every day recognising the small positive successes that you achieve when a child reaches a milestone or has a wonderfully proud moment!

C&K Beginning to Teach program

Are you a newly graduated teacher, a teacher who has come to us from a primary or secondary background, or a provisionally registered teacher? If so, then this program is for you!

The C&K Beginning to Teach at C&K program is a support and learning program to ensure C&K teachers develop a love of teaching kindergarten-aged children and are supported on their teaching career journey with C&K.

The program is delivered over 12 months, with an extension of an extra 12 months available for C&K teachers working toward full registration from QCT.
