At Ravenshoe Kindergarten we implement Building Waterfalls which is a living and learning curriculum framework in Early Childhood created by and for Educator's, Parents and Children to inform the development of an educational program that enhances the learning of children in their Kindergarten year.  Building Waterfalls complements Australia's Early Years Learning Framework and the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide line and embraces the vision that all children experience learning that is engaging Inclusive and builds self confidence and Esteem. E.Y.L.F. identifies five Learning Outcomes as fundamental to the wellbeing, engagement and success of all children

Outcome 1- Children have a strong sense of Identity.
Outcome 2 - Children are connected with and contribute to their world.
Outcome 3 - Children have a strong sense of wellbeing.
Outcome 4 - Children are confident and involved learners.
Outcome 5 - Children are effective communicators.

The National Quality Framework (NQF) is designed to deliver higher standards of Education and Care in the areas that impact on a child's development.  Ravenshoe Kindergarten gives children the best start in life and learning through positive learning outcomes and works in partnership with families and communities.
