Our centre strives to create a safe, nurturing, natural learning environment that recognises the value of play as a catalyst for children's learning. We welcome and respect the uniqueness of each child and their family. We endeavour to make all children and their families feel welcomed and appreciated. We affirm and foster meaningful partnerships with families and the local community. We embrace the heartfelt belief that all children have the right to be treated with loving kindness, dignity and respect.
Ravenshoe Kindergarten aims to provide each and every child with a safe, nurturing, flexible learning environments based on free and self initiated play. Our Educational program aims to allow opportunities to develop self-esteem, independence, curiosity, creativity, cooperation, friendship and tolerance.
The staff at Ravenshoe Kindergarten would like to extend a warm welcome to all the children and families attending Kindergarten this year. We hope that your Child's year here with us is a very happy and exciting one for all of us as we work collaboratively in helping your child develop a natural curiosity for learning and a sense of belonging and self confidence. At Ravenshoe Kindergarten we offer a unique, educational program that supports your child to develop socialisation, communication and early numeracy and literacy skills under the guidance and care of our Early Childhood teachers.
Each C&K Kindergarten has a Director and a team of Early Childhood teaching professionals dedicated to your child's care and education. Our team records how your child learns, interacts and participates so that parents and families can share in and contribute to their child's ongoing learning journey.
Ravenshoe Kindergarten's staff look forward to meeting you.
