Bundara Kindergarten
A friendly hello from Bundara Kindergarten! We are a not-for-profit community Kindergarten nestled among the gumtrees in the suburb of Frenchville in Rockhampton. We first opened our doors in 1972 and have been welcoming families ever since. We'd like our families to view Bundara Kindergarten as an extension of their home and we actively encourage families to be involved with all our events and activities. On kindergarten days at Bundara, your child will have the opportunity to explore, experiment, observe, imitate and discuss. Bundara offers ample off street parking, and arrivals/departures are an easy process as we are not attached to a primary school. We are however located in a close proximity to many of Rockhampton's leading primary schools. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming your family soon.

The first five years of a child's life are vital in helping form who they will be as adults, and we are thrilled that you are considering C&K Bundaberg Community Kindergarten for your child.
We are located at 55A Electra Street, Bundaberg. We are in the centre of Bundaberg, however families are surprised and pleased with the quiet, peaceful surroundings we enjoy every day. Bribie Island Community Kindergarten
Welcome to Bribie Island Kindy, where we are very proud to be rated "Excellent" by ACECQA for the 4th consecutive time, and to be the first in Australia to be awarded this rating for the 4th time. Bribie Island Kindy was established in 1984 and is affiliated with C&K. Our centre is committed to maintaining a welcoming early learning environment, whilst nurturing each child to fulfil their potential. We provide a stimulating, challenging and safe space – a haven where families, staff, and children can research, grow, and discover new learning. Our program offers bush and beach days on Wednesdays, an Intergenerational Program with visits to aged care on Fridays, and an Intergenerational Playgroup on Mondays. We also offer intentional Music, Indigenous Yoga, and Guided Drawing on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our teacher and educational mentors focus on nurturing your child's curiosity, building their resilience, and developing their confidence - all through the joy of learning through play.

Boopa Werem Kindergarten offers a subsidised pre-kindy program for three-year-olds in term 4, 2024. To be eligible for this program, children need to have turned three by 30 June 2024.Your three-year-old child can attend Boopa Werem kindy's high-quality community kindergarten program alongside four-year-olds. Attending kindergarten provides learning opportunities for your child in a safe and nurturing environment, including building relationships with teachers and growing their confidence and social skills to engage with other children.

Welcome to Boonah District Kindergarten, established in 1982. We offer a safe, secure and fun environment for your child to play, grow and learn. At Boonah Kindy we believe a positive and open relationship with families is a vital in providing a positive experience for your child; therefore we will work together with families to provide an environment in which your child will feel comfortable and safe. We provide a place of learning and care where your child has access to active, play-based learning and developmentally appropriate resources. We have a strong emphasis on children engaging with the environment and being able to exercise choices which match their interests and capabilities.

Bellbowrie Kindergarten
C&K Bellbowrie Kindergarten & Preschool, which sits in Jagera and Turrbal land in beautiful Bellbowrie, offers kindergarten for 3.5 to 5.5 year old children.

An important part of our program is supporting risky play. Beaudesert Community Kindergarten
Beaudesert Community Kindergarten is a place where your child will belong, engage, and contribute to a community of learners. A place where they can explore, enquire, solve problems, develop friendships, imagine and use their creativity. We believe the rights of the child is paramount. The nature space, or outdoor environment, has always been important to Bayview Heights Community Kindergarten, Established in 1976 and located in the southern suburbs of Cairns in far North Queensland we are surrounded by World Heritage listed areas. Our Kindergarten reflects this unique location with abundant rainfall, flora and fauna. The central feature of our playground is a large fig tree that a wise elder had the foresight to plant some 40 years ago and its shade, habitat and life force is a daily gift to us all at the kindergarten.
Our foundation was an appreciation of our outdoor environment however, it was through research about the benefits of children playing and learning in and through nature that we were led to move past merely enjoying the space to developing plans to make it a nature space that was more purposeful. We intentionally planned areas outdoors that would act as a tool to facilitate children's learning and to create opportunities or possibilities. Features included a butterfly garden, frog and fishpond, vegetable and herb garden, fairy garden, mud patch with a boat and jetty, a yarning circle and firepit space, a water pump in the sandpit, boulders and timber stumps for climbing, a tree deck space, and bluestone paver spaces for art or small world play.
Our program is based on recognition and understanding of the development needs of 4 and 5 year old children and the interests and abilities of individuals. Play is encouraged and supported at our kindergarten as an essential and natural mode of learning for young children. Through PLAY, children make sense of their world, display their knowledge of it and find their place in it. Our program aims to provide an appropriate balance of teacher initiated and child initiated activities focused on interests, enjoyment and free choice. Yu will see the children engaged in painting, pasting, puzzles, block building, dressing up, story reading, sand and water play, climbing, running and other outdoor activities.
