The first five years of a child’s life are vital in helping form who they will be as adults. C&K knows and understands this very well having played a part in the lives of more than a million children over the past century in Queensland.
We are a high-quality provider of early education and care and we are thrilled that you are considering C&K for your child. We also run a playgroup every Friday, from 9:00AM to 11:00AM.

Biggenden & District Kindergarten
The Biggenden & District Kindergarten & Daycare is a community based not-for-profit organisation. We operate a Kindergarten program on Tuesdays, Thursdays and alternate Wednesdays and a day care program which is offered each Monday and Friday. At Biggenden & District Kindergarten, we have one kindy group. All groups ensure children receive the same number of hours of education across the year. The groups have a maximum of 22 children and are led by an experienced and qualified early childhood teacher. We operate during QLD school terms and are closed for school holidays, public holidays and some pupil free days.
Biggenden & District Kindergarten offers a subsidised pre-kindy program for three-year-olds in term 4, 2024. To be eligible for this program, children need to have turned three by 30 June 2024.Your three-year-old child can attend Biggenden & District kindy's high-quality community kindergarten program alongside four-year-olds. Yungaburra Community Kindergarten is a community based kindy located in Yungaburra on the Atherton Tablelands, Far North Queensland.
We have 2 kindy program groups to choose from, so you can enrol your child in a group that best meets your family's needs.
