C&K has developed an Infant and Toddler Approach, which informs the way we care for and educate our babies and toddlers. Our philosophy for this age is to “slow down” and be in the moment with your child as they learn and explore the world. We focus on developing a deep and trusting relationship with each child.
All C&K childcare centres deliver C&K's quality kindergarten program. Kindergarten, also known as pre-prep or preschool, is a program for children who are turning 4 by June 30 in the year before they attend school. C&K’s kindy programs are government-approved and led by experienced and university qualified teachers. Our program supports children’s curiosity, creativity, problem solving, resilience and real-world knowledge and skills.
At C&K, we know that children do not learn in isolation, so we approach learning as a collaborative relationship between teachers, educators, children and families. We believe children are powerful learners, active citizens, thinkers and theorisers - this is at the heart of our early childhood curriculum. We've designed our indoor and outdoor spaces to ignite imaginations and nurture healthy minds and bodies. Learning through play is an integral part of our education program. At C&K Mooloolaba Childcare Centre, we welcome children from 6 weeks of age to 5 years old and provide care and early learning Monday to Friday.
Since 1982, we have played an important part in the lives of hundreds of children and their families in and around this local area. We are proud of our spacious natural outdoor learning environment, with leafy trees, grass, dirt, leaves, and wildlife such as native birds and possums nesting in the trees. Our nature-based playground inspires challenging and open-ended play where children are provided with uninterrupted time to explore and engage in learning. We respect children as powerful learners, thinkers, theorisers and active citizens.
As a home away from home, our environment provides a safe, secure and supported space for your child. Our dedicated, friendly and qualified staff nurture play-based learning, fostering a lifelong love of learning. Our families love our large natural outdoor area, where we encourage children to explore, discover, play and engage in nature.
We have a wide range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds with our families and staff. This provides us the opportunity to incorporate these cultures and languages throughout the centre. Our approach to inclusion and diversity ensures that every child, family and staff member feels safe, welcomed and important.

Located in Central Queensland, approximately 3 hours inland from Rockhampton and Mackay. Our spacious nature-based playground inspires challenging and open-ended play where children are provided with uninterrupted time to explore and engage in learning. We respect children as powerful learners, thinkers, theorisers and active citizens.
C&K Middlemount is located next to the Middlemount Ambulance Service and opposite the Middlemount Fire Station.

At C&K Mackay Children and Family Centre, we welcome children from 6 weeks of age to 5 years old and provide care and early learning five days a week, with flexible booking options.
The C&K Mackay Children and Family Centre is an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander service that provides access to integrated early childhood education and care, parenting and family support, and child maternal health services.
The centre incorporates a Long Day Care Centre and a Hub, that is designed to work together as an integrated unit.
The C&K Mackay Children and Family Centre is a facility where our whole community is welcome and where all cultures are respected.
Our vision is to be a trusted children and family centre that empowers all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders to grow, learn and build on strengths with connection to land, sea and cultures.
We have a dedicated, quality teaching team with fantastic facilities both indoors and out. We offer an environment that is founded on trust and respect, providing children with a safe environment where they can express themselves freely. Children are supported to learn, grow and develop at their own pace through play and hands on experiences.
We believe in working in partnership with our families and community and believe they are an integral part of our centre.
We welcome visitors to our centre at any time to meet our educators, see the facilities and find out more about how our centre works closely with the Hub to offer holistic services to families.
Our centre has a beautiful kitchen facility which allows us to provide all meals including breakfast. We also provide nappies and have a bus service if transport is required

Our centre has a combination of both age-based rooms and communal learning spaces where siblings and children of all ages can come together to learn and play. Our spacious playgrounds offer established gardens, lovely shade trees, and a large sand pit in each play space. There are many play opportunities for the children across all areas of development, encouraging each child's natural curiosity to play and discover.

At C&K Herston Road Community Long Day Care, we welcome children from 6 weeks of age to 5 years old and provide care and early learning five days a week.
We are located off Herston Road in Herston and entry to our centre is via Sports Lane, opposite the QUT Kelvin Grove stadium and behind QUT Kelvin Grove campus. Our centre is less than 15 minutes from the Brisbane city centre and close to bus stops servicing the area.

C&K Cotton Tree is nestled between the local Library, tennis court, and lawn bowl clubs. Diagonally to the centre are the Neighbourhood Centre and the Cotton Tree Community Gardens. The beach and Cotton Tree Surf Club are a pleasant walk down the road, as are the local shops.

C&K Carseldine Community Childcare Centre
At C&K Carseldine Community Childcare Centre, we welcome children from 6 weeks of age to 5 years old and provide care and early learning Monday to Friday, with flexible booking options.
C&K Carseldine is co-located with Rockpool Residential Aged Care. Our centre also provides an evidenced-based innovative intergenerational program in partnership with Rockpool Residential Aged Care, creating enriching experiences for the children and the residents of Rockpool.
C&K Carseldine is conveniently located in Carseldine Village, a short 10 minute stroll from Carseldine Train Station.
