All our kindergartens deliver C&K's quality kindergarten program. Kindergarten, also known as pre-prep or preschool, is a program for children who are turning 4 by June 30 in the year before they attend school. C&K’s kindy programs are government-approved and led by experienced and university qualified teachers. Our program supports children’s curiosity, creativity, problem solving, resilience and real-world knowledge and skills.
At C&K, we know that children do not learn in isolation, so we approach learning as a collaborative relationship between teachers, educators, children and families. We believe children are powerful learners, active citizens, thinkers and theorisers - this is at the heart of our early childhood curriculum. We've designed our indoor and outdoor spaces to ignite imaginations and nurture healthy minds and bodies. Learning through play is an integral part of our education program. Wandarrah pre-school has been serving the local community since 1973. We offer a Government Approved Kindergarten Funded Program in a variety of flexible enrolment options, including a pre-kindergarten program and our Indigenous culture program within each of our kindy classes. Our purpose-built building and expansive outdoor play spaces are designed to nurture children’s development in a caring community environment. Children have the stability of the same teachers and the same children attending kindy every day of their attendance. This allows us to offer continuity and extension of learning for each child, from one day to the next.

Trinity Beach Community Kindergarten
Welcome to Trinity Beach Community Kindergarten. Trinity Beach Kindy is a beautiful spacious timber pole building with large verandas and lots of shady areas for outdoor play. At Trinity Beach Kindy we aim to create an environment that is safe, warm, relaxed and nuturing; ensuring children, their families and educators feel a sense of belonging. Our kindy program incorporates rich learning environments that promote inquiry, choice, independence, confidence, communication and interaction. Outdoor learning environments including nature are valued for their importance in engaging the senses, teaching respectful interactions with the environment, developing problem solving and creative thinking, building connections with nature as well as supporting children's holistic learning and development.
Bush Kindy is an integral part of our kindy program. Trinity Beach Bush Kindy uses a natural outdoor environment to inspire children and offers children opportunities to achieve, develop confidence and a strong sense of well being through hands on learning in nature.

Toobeah Kindergarten offers a subsidised pre-kindy program for three-year-olds in term 4, 2024. St Lucia Kindergarten

We are located opposite Ironside State School and very close to the University of Queensland. Our service offers educational programs for children aged 3 to 5 and may have 22 children enrolled in each group.
At St Lucia Kindergarten, we believe that children learn best when they are engaged in active, child-led play.Our teachers and educators provide varied opportunities for learning through an inviting, yet challenging, environment in our well-resourced classrooms and large natural outdoor areas.Our key focus is building secure and respectful relationships with all children and families. Stones Corner Community Kindergarten
Welcome to Stones Corner Kindy nestled within Hanlon Park and surrounded by nature. Originally established in 1964 under the name Stones Corner-Buranda Preschool and on the other side of Norman Creek in Hanlon Park, Greenslopes, the kindy moved to the current location after the floods in 1974. A name change followed and it saw the now Stones Corner Community Kindergarten Incorporated become affiliated with C&K. We are a not-for-profit kindy run by the families of the current students through an elected Management Committee.
Our centre Director and educators support the management committee in providing a beautiful educational environment for the children to explore and learn within. We promote family involvement in all areas of the kindy and value our connection to the local community. Stones Corner Kindy has provided pre-schooling services to the local area for over 55 years. We are proud of our ongoing connections with past students and families, and with the local Bushcare group, schools and businesses. Our vision is to ensure each child develops a positive love of learning, care and respect for life, people and the environment.
At Stones Corner Community Kindergarten, we have two kindy groups to choose from. All groups ensure children receive the same number of hours of education across the year. We also offer an additional day on Wednesdays from 8:30am to 4:00pm (fees apply). This additional day is on offer to currently enrolled families.
