C&K Middlemount Community Childcare Centre
At C&K Middlemount Community Childcare Centre, we welcome children from 6 weeks of age to 5 years old and provide care and early learning Monday to Friday.
Located in Central Queensland, approximately 3 hours inland from Rockhampton and Mackay. Our spacious nature-based playground inspires challenging and open-ended play where children are provided with uninterrupted time to explore and engage in learning. We respect children as powerful learners, thinkers, theorisers and active citizens.
As a home away from home, our environment provides a safe, secure and supported space for your child. Our dedicated, friendly and qualified staff nurture play-based learning, fostering a lifelong love of learning. Our families love our large natural outdoor area, where we encourage children to explore, discover, play and engage in nature.

C&K Mackay Children and Family Centre welcomes children from 6 weeks to 5 years old. We provide care and early learning five days a week with flexible booking options to suit your family's needs.
C&K Mackay Children and Family Centre is an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander service. We offer integrated early childhood education and care, parenting and family support, and child maternal health services. Our facility includes both a Long Day Care Centre and a Hub, designed to work together as a seamless, integrated unit.
Our centre is a welcoming space where the whole community belongs, and all cultures are celebrated and respected. Our vision is to be a trusted children and family centre that empowers all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders to grow, learn and build on strengths with connection to land, sea and cultures.
We have a dedicated, quality teaching team and excellent indoor and outdoor facilities. Our environment is built on a foundation of trust and respect, creating a safe space where children can express themselves freely. Through play and hands-on experiences, children are supported to learn, grow, and develop at their own unique pace.

The spacious outdoor areas include established gardens, lovely shady trees, and a large sand pit in each play space. Situated just a short stroll from Coolum Beach, the centre holds open excursion permissions that allow children to enjoy impromptu trips to see whales when they are breaching.
