Method of Entry:

To enter, an entrant must complete the following actions:

  1. Visit C&K’s website candk.asn.au during the promotion period
  2. Find the 3 hidden paint brushes across 3 different pages
  3. Click on each of the 3 hidden paint brushes.
  4. Once all 3 paint brushes are found, enter and submit your details in the competition entry form for a chance to win!

The competition entry form requires entrants to complete a field to nominate which centre they will visit during C&K’s Open Week (2 - 7 June 2025).

Entry to the competition is free. Entrants will be responsible for all costs associated with entering the competition, which may include costs associated with accessing the internet.

Prize Draw:

Six winners will be drawn at random from the list of valid entries.

Winners are declared at C&K’s discretion.

Location of draw:

The competition will be drawn at the C&K Central Office, 257 Gympie Road, Kedron 4031 on Monday June 2 at 12PM AEST.

Notification of winner:

Winners will be notified within seven (7) days of the draw, via email and text. Winners will also be announced on social media (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn) no later than 4PM AEST on the day of the draw.

Public Announcement of winners:

Winners will be published on C&K social media sites Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Winners agree that C&K can use their first name when announcing the winners.

  • This giveaway competition is run by The Creche and Kindergarten Association Limited. ABN: 59 150 737 849.  
  • The total prize pool is $735.00 AUD which is comprised of 6 educational toys and 6 C&K prize packs.
  • Only Australian residents aged 18 years and above are eligible to enter.
  • The competition is open to all individuals, including employees of The Creche and Kindergarten Association Limited, as well as their family members and friends.
  • The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash or an alternative prize.  
  • The competition opens on Monday 19 May 2025 12PM AEST and closes Friday 30 May 2025 at 2PM AEST. 
  • The six winners will be published on C&K’s Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages.
  • C&K takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact prize winners who have not provided correct or complete contact details. If an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify C&K.
  • The prizes will be available for collection from C&K Central (257 Gympie Road, Kedron QLD) or posted by trackable Australia Post.
  • The prize winners will be required to provide photographic evidence of their identity (e.g. drivers licence or current passport) when receiving the prize.
  • The prize winners will be responsible for all costs associated with collecting and using the prize.
  • By entering the competition, the entrant agrees they are aged 18 years or older.
  • C&K is not liable for any prize that has been stolen, forged, lost in transit, damaged or tampered with in any way.
  • C&K accepts no responsibility and shall not be held legally liable or responsible for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property, whether direct or indirect, whether in contract tort, negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the competition or prize, either during or after the competition.
  • If any prizes remain unclaimed for 3 months, C&K will deal with such prizes in accordance with Queensland law.
  • C&K reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time in its absolute discretion without notice.
  • C&K’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • C&K collect personal information to conduct the promotion. All entrants consent to their personal information being collected, stored, and used for this purpose in accordance with C&K’s privacy policy available at https://www.candk.asn.au/sites/default/files/Policies_Procedures/Privacy%20Policy_1.pdf, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

Governing Law:

The Terms and Conditions of this competition are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland.
