The National Child Safety Training is part of several National and Queensland Child Safety Reforms being introduced throughout 2026. It is a mandatory legislative requirement for everyone in the early childhood education and care sector, including teachers and educators employed casually. Where do I access the training? The training is available on Geccko, the Australian Government Department of Education's online learning platform for the early childhood education and care sector.
