C&K Enrolment Fee Waiver Promotion

1. Promoter

The promoter of this promotion is The Creche and Kindergarten Association Limited, ABN 59 150 737 849, of 257 Gympie Road, Kedron, Queensland 4031 (C&K, we, us or our). These terms and conditions apply to the enrolment fee waiver promotion offered by the C&K for the participating centres identified in clause 3.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 9am on 21st August 2026 and closes at 5pm on 31 December 2026 (Promotion Period). Applications received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible unless C&K expressly agree in writing.

3. Participating Centres

This promotion applies only to eligible enrolment applications for the following participating centres:
• C&K Birkdale South Childcare Centre
• C&K Strathpine South Childcare Centre
• C&K Robinson Road Childcare Centre

The promotion does not apply to any other C&K centre.

4. Offer

Subject to these terms and conditions, eligible applicants who submit a complete enrolment application during the Promotion Period and who are accepted for enrolment by the C&K will have the standard enrolment application waived, up to the value of $100 (Fee Waiver).

The Fee Waiver is not redeemable for cash, credit or any other benefit. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Fee Waiver does not apply to any other fees or charges payable to C&K.

5. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Fee Waiver, the applicant must:
1. be a parent, carer or legal guardian submitting an enrolment application for a prospective enrolment;
2. submit a complete enrolment application during the Promotion Period using the C&K’s approved enrolment process;
3. apply for enrolment at a centre listed in clause 3;
4. meet all standard enrolment requirements, including any documentation, identity, residency, visa, medical, behavioural, or other requirements that apply under C&K’s enrolment policies;
5. not already have submitted an enrolment application for the same child at the same participating centre before the Promotion Period, unless C&K agrees otherwise in writing; and
6. comply with these terms and conditions and C&K’s enrolment agreement, policies and procedures.

6. Enrolment Decisions

Submission of an enrolment application does not guarantee acceptance, placement, priority, or a place at a participating centre. All enrolment applications remain subject to the C&K’s usual enrolment assessment, availability of places, suitability considerations, and applicable policies. C&K may decline an enrolment application in accordance with its enrolment processes and applicable law.

7. Exclusions and Limitations

1. The Fee Waiver is available once per eligible child.
2. The Fee Waiver cannot be transferred to another child, family, or centre without C&K’s written approval.
3. If an enrolment is withdrawn, deferred, cancelled or not accepted, no cash payment, refund or credit will be provided for the value of the Fee Waiver.
4. C&K may require reasonable evidence to verify eligibility for the promotion.

8. How the Fee Waiver Will Be Applied

Where an applicant is eligible, the Fee Waiver will be applied by C&K at the relevant stage of the enrolment process. If the fee has already been paid and C&K confirms the applicant is eligible, C&K may, at its discretion, refund the waived amount or apply it as a credit to the family’s account, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Advertising and Consumer Law

C&K will take reasonable steps to ensure that all advertising and promotional material for this promotion is accurate, clear and not misleading or deceptive. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

10. Changes, Suspension or Withdrawal

C&K may vary, suspend or withdraw this promotion where it is reasonably necessary to do so because of circumstances outside C&K’s reasonable control, administrative error, regulatory requirement, or other legitimate operational reason. C&K will not vary, suspend or withdraw the promotion in a way that unfairly limits an eligible applicant’s rights after the applicant has reasonably relied on the published terms, unless required by law or agreed with the applicant.

11. Privacy

C&K collects, uses and discloses personal information provided in connection with this promotion and the enrolment process in accordance with its Privacy Policy, enrolment documentation, and applicable privacy laws. Personal information may be used to assess eligibility, administer the promotion, process enrolment applications, communicate with applicants, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

12. Complaints and Enquiries

Questions or complaints about this promotion should be directed to Danielle Gallacher Regional Manager Child Care at incidentscomplaintsteam@candk.asn.au C&K will consider complaints in accordance with its complaints handling process and applicable legal obligations.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Queensland and any courts that may hear appeals from those courts and tribunals.
