Welcome
Little Miracles Community Kindergarten was first established in response to the needs of the families from Our Lady of Lourdes Parish and other families in the community. However, the kindergarten does not have an official or financial connection with the school.
A committee formed in 2006 and commenced the huge task of opening a brand new kindergarten. As a result, Little Miracles Community Kindergarten opened its doors in 2007.
Little Miracles Community Kindergarten is a community based centre. This means it is a non-profit organisation managed by an elected committee of parents. The committee is elected at the Annual General Meeting held at the beginning of each year. The kindergarten operates under a constitution which is available for viewing by parents upon request.
The centre runs a double unit (2 rooms) with a Kindy program that is available to all parents - working and non-working. This program is licensed by the Office of Early Childhood Education & Care, as a result of having met strict regulations and standards required by the Child Care Act 2002 and Child Care Regulations 2003. The centre also adheres to C&K Policies.
Little Miracles is a Queensland Government Approved Kindergarten program.
