C&K Tully Community Kindergarten Guardian Consent Form

The Tully Community Preschool and Kindergarten volunteer management association committee has ceased to oversee the operational requirements of the kindergarten as of 12 January 2024. The kindergarten operations is now being managed by C&K and C&K Tully Community Kindergarten is now a C&K branch kindergarten.

C&K is committed to upholding the values cherished by the Tully community and will continue to provide the highest quality early childhood education for the children of Tully.

If you have waitlisted your child to attend Tully Community Preschool and Kindergarten for 2024 or future years and have not yet consented for your waitlisted records to transition to C&K, we ask that you please complete the form below. Once completed, C&K can contact you to make an enrolment offer when appropriate for your eligible age child and as per C&K's enrolment process.
