About our kindy
Welcome to C&K Blackbutt, where your child will feel safe, make friends and belong. Our teacher, Jenny and educator, Sue-Ellen focus on nurturing your child's curiosity, building their resilience and developing their confidence - all through the joy of learning through play. We are passionate about each child's right to play and learn and providing quality early childhood education and care that empowers children to grow and reach their full potential. We believe quality education and care assists children to develop essential skills that will support them when they go to school and provide them with a lifelong love of learning.
Child-led learning
No two days are the same at C&K Blackbutt. Our teaching team tailor each day’s learning taking into account the interests of the children in the group. The spacious environment at our kindy is thoughtfully planned and well resourced. There is a focus on music, drama, literature and visual arts and time spent discovering the natural environment outdoors.
Community spirit
Community spirit is important to us at C&K Blackbutt. We foster our strong ties to the local community by encouraging parent involvement in the daily operations of the kindergarten. We often hold and partake in community events and love connecting with local businesses and groups around us.
